Ingredients-
1. Millet flour.(bajrano lot)
2. Salt.
3.water.
Method-
1.Take 1 cup water,add 1/2 tsp salt and mix til Salt dissolve.
2.Take half cup of flour in a large mixing bowl.Knead dough adding little water at time,mixing with hand
3.Make a consistency of bajra dough like roti
dough or as per your comfort.I added approx 40 ml water.(quantity of water may be different due to the quality of millet flour You used).
4.Knedding the dough makes it softer.Take the dough in hand and give round shape

5.Press dough with palm and make it flat.
6you may use rolling board,sprinkle some dry Flour on board and put dough boll on it,
Sprinkle some dry flour top on the dough.
7.make rotla with using your hand, gently dab Your hand on dough and make round and thin rotla.
8.Heat mitti tava (soil tava) or nonstic pan.
When it hot proper place the bajra rotla
On top making sure there are no air bubbles left.
9.Turn the rotla after about 1 minute,flip the
rotla other side and cook for 2-3 minutes or Until it Cooks properly.
10.Now flip rotla again but don't press it after Cooking it fluff like roti.
11.Once it done take it in serving plate.make small crack in the centre and smear Desi
Ghee in it.serve hot with jaggery,garlic
