Dry red chutney for vadapav

Ingredients-
1.10-12 garlic cloves
2.2 tsp desiccated coconut.(dry coconut                  powder)
3.1 tsp peanuts.
4.1/4 tsp sesame seeds.
5.1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder.
6.salt to taste.



Method-
1. Dry roast garlic in heavy bottom pan for 2-3 Minutes or until it change the colour.

2.now dry roast peanuts and when it done half add desiccated coconut and sesame seeds and roast for few seconds on a very low flam.
3.Let them cool completely. transfer them in a mixer  jar add red chili powder and salt to taste

4. Blend the ingredients lightly for a second      and make course powder.
    Don't over blend otherwise they realise oil
    And chutney become oily.

5.chutney is ready for serve.
Store in an airtight container. Refrigerate and consume within 10-15 days.
