Cheese butter chakli



Ingredients-
1.2 cups wheat flour
2.2 tsp oil
3.2 tsp butter
4.2 medium sized cheese cubes
4.1 tbsp curd
5.1/4 tsp turmeric powder
6.1tsp ginger green chilli paste
7.2 tsp white sesame seeds
8.1/2 tsp red chili powder
9.water for knead the dough

Method-
1.Take a muslin cloth or cotton cloth and           transfer flour into it.
2.make a potli and put it in a steamer set up    like I show you in a picture(take kdai add 2    glass water and put stand in kdai)
3.steam flour for 20 minutes. Transfer               steamed flour into broad vesal.

4.break hard flour with the help of pastle.

5.sieve it properly.

6.add grated cheese,butter,oil,salt,ginger   green chili paste, sesame seeds,red chili         powder,turmeric powder,curd and   required water and make medium   dough(not stiff and not so soft).

7.take chakli maker and mould and grease       with oil.

8.Fill dough into machine and make chakli       on a chakla or greased plate.i used                  wooden chakla.

9.u cant make round chakli directly than          make long line snow in picture and than        make round chakli from it.


10.heat oil in a pan.when it hot enough put         4-5 chakli into oil.fry on medium flame.

11.turn chakli for 2 to 3 times and fry until         it became crispy and light brown.take            out chakli on a kitchen towel.

12.our crispy mouth melting chakli read to         serve.



13.cool completely and store in an airtight         container and consume for 25 to 30 days.
