Paneer(cottage cheese)making at home

Ingredients-
1. 1 litter full fat milk.
2. 2 lemon.(2 tsp vinegar)

Method-
1. Boil milk.When the milk start boiling,turn      off the flam and add the limejuic Or                vinegar stir slowly during adding lime
    Juice or vinegar.

2. Stir slowly until milk starting curdling. Stir Until milk completely curdles.

3. Set muslin cloth or napkin in a strainer.
    Strain the liquid in the strainer.

4. Don't throw water witch comes out from        the Strainer.it is also rich with water
    Soluble proteins.we can use it for making
    Dough or in a daal.


5. Wash paneer with filtered water properly.
   It reduced the taste of lime juice or vinegar
    From in it. This step is important for
    Making paneer.

6. Collect the muslin cloth together with the
    Coagulated milk shreds tightly.

7. Place it on a plate and keep a heavy wait        on top of cloth. Paneer would be set after
    15 minutes.

8. For better setting refrigerate paneer for 20- 25 minutes with the cloth.

9. Remove cloth and cut paneer into cubes or Any shape.

10. Refrigerate paneer in airtight container           and consume with in 4-5 days.

11. Deep fridge and consume for months.
