Instant potato chips

Ingredients-
 1.potatoes.
 2. Oil.
 3. Salt.
 4. Red chilli powder or paper powder .

 Tip- Use pink skin potatoes instead of                      regular Potatoes.and use thin chips                  maker for Crispy chips.
    -dont slice potatoes togather.slice them
     When you can fry them quickly otherwise
     It change it's colour.

Method- 
1. Peel and wash potatoes properly.

2.Heat oil in the kadai.Make chips with the help of chips maker or  Food processor.use thin blade so chips turn Out thin and crispy.Make potato slices for one turn.
3.put this potato slices in hot oil quickly.
4.Fry them for 5 to 7 minutes. When it                turn crispy and golden in colour it's ready.
   Remove from the kadai and place on tissue
   Paper or plate.Now slice remain potato           and Repeat the process.

5.Sprinkle salt and red chilli powder and mix well.
6.Let it cool completely.store in an airtight container.consume for month.
