Ingredients-
1.200 gram bhindi
2.Oil
3.1 tsp Rice flour
4.salt
5.pinch turmeric powder
6.1/2 tsp cumin coriander powder
Method-
1.take okra and wash them properly.
2.with kitchen towel dry them.
3.cut long strips out of them.i made 6 strips out of each bhindi.
4.Add 1 tsp rice flour,salt to taste,turmeric powder,cumin coriander powder and mix gently.
5.Heat oil in a pan. Add rice flour and seasoning coated bhindies in hot oil and fry them on a medium flame.
6.when it turns golden and crispy take them out from the oil.
7.season with salt and chilli powder.
8.crispy spicy bhindi is ready for serve.
