Stuffed brinjal potato recipe(bharela ringda batekanu saak)



Ingredients-
 
1.250 grams or 8-10small or medium brinjals
2.250 grams or8-10 small or medium potatoe
3.2 tbsp oil
5.Salt to taste
6.3-4 cloves garlic
7.Verry small piece of jaggery or (sugar)
8.1.5 tsp Red chilli powder
9.1 tbsp cumin coriander powder
10.1 tsp turmeric powder
11.Mustard seeds
12.Cumin seeds

                                 Method
For stuffing-
1. Wash bunch of coriander for about 3 to 4      time and clean them well.
2. Dry them on a papper napkin or kitchen        towel.
3. Finely chopp both stems and leaves.
4. Add crushed garlic,salt,turmeric,red chili      powder,cumin coriander powder,jaggers
    Or sugar,few drops of oil and mix well.



5. Wash brinjals and potatoes and slit them       wich show pictures.
6.stuff filling and keep aside


7.Take cooker and add oil.
once oil heated add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Once they crackle add stuffed veggies and add tsp red chili powder pinch of turmeric powder and salt to taste.add remain stuffing.
8.add half a cup of water and close the lid. 

9.cook for 1 whistle.our dilecius potato  brinjal sabji is ready    
                               10.serve with hot puris,paratha or chapaties.
